The Speech Language Hearing Clinic at the University of Delaware sees clients across the lifespan – from toddlers through older adults. The clinic evaluates and treats a full spectrum of communication disorders, including articulation, voice, motor speech, fluency, expressive and receptive language, swallowing, cognitive-communication, and oral and written language.
Services are tailored for each individual client. Our clinic offers one-on-one therapy sessions, group programs, workshops, camps, support groups, and even home-based services. Clients diagnosed with speech, language, or hearing impairments work with master clinicians, researchers, and graduate students. The clinic is the home base for the first speech-language pathology master’s program in the state of Delaware and a resource hub for community partners.
