FOX 35 Orlando—A harness system developed by our Cole Galloway (Physical Therapy) is now in use at a University of Central Florida café. Diana Tafur lost a lot in 2006. That’s the year a drunk driver slammed into a New York City cab in which she was riding. The impact through Tafur out of the cab and onto the pavement. She landed on her head. the resulting traumatic brain injury (TBI) partially paralyzed her left side and made it difficult to speak. But a decade later, a unique therapy harness setup in a new University of Central Florida cafe, gives her new hope. FOX 35 Orlando has the story.
